The Arineo Group continues its growth in 2023 and draws a positive balance for the past financial year. “We have also felt the difficult economic situation in Germany. Otherwise, our growth would have been significantly higher,” explains Dr. Marko Weinrich, spokesman for the Göttingen-based company, adding: “Nevertheless, we were able to continue to grow in 2023. We consider ourselves particularly well-positioned in terms of personnel.”

The company now employs 390 people at its offices in Germany, Denmark, Austria, and China. “Employee growth is once again in double-digits. Through intensive further training, especially for our younger IT specialists, we will be able to successfully handle customer inquiries and expand our business,” says Weinrich. In 2023, the company won the German HR Management Award for its self-developed organizational model of cooperative organization and successfully passed the berufundfamilie audit. We were recognized for our family and life-phase-friendly personnel policy. The company’s performance is also reflected in its credit rating. In November 2023, Creditreform Braunschweig Göttingen Bruns & Harland GmbH & Co. KG once again awarded Arineo GmbH’s excellent creditworthiness with the presentation of the Creditreform Creditworthiness Certificate (CrefoZert). This makes Arineo among the two percent of economically relevant companies in Germany that meet the strict criteria of the certification body.

“In 2024, the initial investors will transfer 100% of Arineo into the hands of the employees,” says Weinrich, explaining the company’s plans. “As employee-owned companies are still a very rare form of company, the associated preparations are taking longer than initially planned.” However, Weinrich is confident that the transfer can be completed during the year. The company aims to safeguard itself against the outflow of capital and being sold. According to Weinrich, the resulting stability leads to a competitive advantage in the IT market, which is also reflected in recruitment and employee satisfaction.
