When we founded Arineo GmbH in 2018, three factors were particularly important to us:

The company should be unsellable, stable, and innovative in its ownership and management structure.

And we have done it! After an initial period supported by Arineo’s internal investors, the company will be completely transferred into the hands of the employees on January 1, 2024.

We ensure the future viability and competitiveness of our company through a sophisticated corporate architecture, the essence of which is: Arineo GmbH is owned by a foundation, and this foundation is controlled by the employees. In this way, we ensure that employees remain at the helm without any grassroots democracy.
