[Göttingen, July 1, 2026] The Göttingen IT service provider is ensuring a smooth transition in corporate leadership with the new structure. The executive management team now consists of Dr. Thomas Brodag, Frank Jakobi, Leandro Meermeier, Philipp Stickling, Dr. Marko Weinrich, and Dr. Frank Wilkes.
“At Arineo, we don’t view leadership as the sole responsibility of one person but as a shared task that every member of the executive board takes on in addition to their operational roles. Our diverse professional backgrounds and experiences help us make decisions together and ensure stable development for the company even during periods of change,” said Dr. Marko Weinrich.
As early as 2023, Arineo publicly announced its commitment to gradually prepare suitable colleagues from within the company for potential leadership roles. The changes will not have immediate effects on collaboration with client companies, partner organizations, or employees. The executive board remains Arineo’s central operational management body.
“It is important to us that responsibility does not shift abruptly but grows reliably,” Weinrich added. “Martin Schweicher and Martin Renker have significantly shaped Arineo since its inception. Their continued involvement in the executive board provides additional assurance during this transition.”
