The Arineo Group continued its growth in 2024, reaching the highest revenue in its young company history with €53.2 million. Dr. Marko Weinrich, management spokesman, provides a positive summary: “Although EBIT fell short of our expectations, it reached the highest figure in our company’s history in absolute terms. The strongest revenue segments are services relating to Microsoft ERP solutions and e-commerce solutions from the major business software providers, SAP and Microsoft. In particular, services for AI solutions are experiencing exceptional growth.” The company expects revenue growth of 2 to 5% for the current financial year.
The company is also enjoying above-average success in recruiting. The number of employees increased by 8%. Arineo currently employs around 400 people worldwide at its offices in Germany, Austria, Denmark, Bulgaria, and China. As part of its growth strategy, the company established Arineo Bulgaria LTD in January 2025 and opened a new office in Sofia. “At our new office in Bulgaria, we can attract additional talent and provide even better support to our clients,” explains Leandro Meermeier, who manages the new branch together with Rosina Germanova. She adds: “As an employee-owned company, Arineo offers a unique employer model in Bulgaria. ”

On January 15, 2025, Arineo was transferred from a GmbH (limited liability company) to employee ownership.
Also, in January of this year, Arineo GmbH finalized its employee-owned company concept by establishing the Arineo Foundation. Just over six years after its founding and four years earlier than originally planned, the transformation is complete: Arineo GmbH is now owned by the Arineo Foundation, whose governing bodies consist exclusively of employees. Even the supervisory board is composed of 50% employees. As a result, the workforce now has indirect control over the company. “The purpose of our probably unique corporate structure is clear,” Weinrich explains, highlighting the advantages of the model:
"We achieve the greatest possible stability so that our employees want to stay with Arineo."
The company sees a direct correlation between service quality and employee retention. Weinrich elaborates: “The lower the turnover rate, the better the service – because consultants can provide long-term support to their clients and processes.”
In this respect, Arineo also relies on in-house expertise and has consistently trained employees for its own needs since the company was founded. “We offer young people an apprenticeship where they not only acquire technical expertise but also have numerous opportunities to shape the company and work independently,” explains Weinrich.

This approach is paying off: most trainees decide to stay with the company after their training. “We are delighted that two more trainees successfully completed their training ahead of schedule in January and can continue working directly on projects,” says Weinrich, reflecting on the success of Arineo’s training efforts. The company currently has 21 trainees and dual students in IT-related fields.
