[Göttingen, 26.02.2026] Arineo GmbH is continuing its growth trajectory in 2025, with revenue of €56.2 million and the highest result in the company’s history. At the same time, the year was characterized by market restraint: many client companies stretched timelines or postponed decisions. “2025 was not a walk in the park and challenged us as an organization. It demanded a great deal of focus from all of us and a willingness to find pragmatic solutions together,” says Dr. Marko Weinrich, spokesperson of the management board. “Despite the general economic situation, we achieved a solid result. With growth of 5.67% compared to the previous year, we met and, in some cases, even exceeded our targets.”
A visible sign of the Göttingen-based IT experts’ performance is their renewed appointment to the Inner Circle for Microsoft AI Business Solutions. In the 2025/26 financial year, Arineo was admitted to the circle of the world’s most strategically important Microsoft partner companies for the third time in its young company history. Applications are not possible; Microsoft selects, from among its more than 500,000 partner companies, those that stand out through exceptional achievements based on criteria such as expertise, innovation, customer satisfaction, and business performance. “As one of five German members of the Inner Circle, we benefit from direct access to Microsoft management, regular networking formats, and exclusive insights into strategies and product roadmaps. We apply this knowledge directly in our client projects,” explains Weinrich.
The Arineo Foundation is also developing according to plan. After the first year of experience in day-to-day operations, the corporate structure of an employee-owned foundation company developed by Arineo with the help of numerous experts has proven its worth. The planned mechanisms are effective, and no weaknesses have emerged that would require adjustments. “For us, this first successful year in live operation is an important signal, because Arineo is intended to be positioned for long-term stability through the foundation,” explains Weinrich and continues: “Our goal is to safeguard our entrepreneurial independence and to base decisions on sustainable value creation rather than short-term profit expectations. This first year gives us confidence for the future.”
The company also contributes its perspective to the public debate: at the invitation of the Stiftung Verantwortungseigentum (Responsible Ownership Foundation), three Arineo representatives took part in the parliamentary evening on the planned legal form of a ‘company with tied assets’ in Berlin. “We are involved there because, with our example, we can demonstrate that placing companies into employee-owned stewardship via a foundation model is not only socially meaningful, but above all economically sensible,” says Weinrich, explaining the company’s commitment, adding: “There was a lot of interest in our model.”
