The challenge: combining established traditions with contemporary modernity
The traditional company with an international presence decided to introduce a new ERP system and restructure its long-standing processes. Thanks to the new system and the resulting streamlining of the currently highly complex intercompany processes, the various companies will be able to work together even more smoothly and automatically in the future.
The goals: creating optimal and reliable performance through standardization
During the transition from the existing on-premise Dynamics AX 2012 to the cloud solution Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, the company will align numerous processes with the ERP standard. All end-to-end processes, ranging from sales and purchasing to production, warehousing, financial accounting and controlling, will be implemented.
