Recording working hours is always a sensitive issue. The punch clock is considered to be old-fashioned; trust-based working time without time sheets is no longer legal since the court ruling in the fall of 2022. At the same time, working time recording should take as little working time as possible. A dilemma that was very warmly received by our development team. In short, they developed a working time recording app: the Arineo Universal Time Entry. It can be used to quickly and intuitively record all types of service or project times – which are then easily forwarded to the relevant persons for billing or approval. .
In addition to a simple time recording by means of “arrive-leave”, our time recording app also provides time recording for projects or customer tickets, as well as absences.
Generally, project employees book their working time to projects from Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. These entries are then automatically forwarded by the app to the project management for approval.
Service employees record their working time on customer tickets in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. Arineo Universal Time Entry automatically forwards the entries for invoicing.
