To ensure that future document creation happens at the push of a button, our team of Power Platform experts has created two Power Apps, Arineo Sales Contract Automation for Sales and Arineo People Contract Automation for HR. Both use versioned and released templates from the quality management portal, such as standard contracts or quotations, and easily enhance them with master data from the CRM. This way, several different document types can be created in one step. This will save you time!
In the standard version, our apps create offers, service agreements, framework agreements, non-disclosure agreements, order processing agreements, and employment contracts. Of course, you can supplement the selection with documents that are relevant for your company – for example finance or R&D-specific documents.
To ensure the accuracy of the data, both Arineo Contract Automation Apps automatically generate error messages for incorrect or unmaintained email addresses.
After successfully creating the documents, the Power Apps simply place the files in your preferred folder, for example on your personal OneDrive.
