Success through customer satisfaction

Communication, customer focus, and a strong connection to our values - these are the cornerstones of the job for Alexander, Solution Architect in the CXS division at Arineo. During an interview, he told us which value is particularly important to him.

Hello Alexander What’s your job at Arineo?

I work as a solution architect in the CXS division.

What exactly does your job entail?

I support our customers in finding the right solution for their use case. The focus here is very much on communication: Scrutinizing and refining requirements on the one hand, then formulating “business-speak” into requirements for the development team. At the same time, keep an eye on quality and project goals. All in all, a very exciting subject area with changing requirements in different projects.

At Arineo, we established 15 values. Which of these values is especially important to you?

“Satisfied customers” because for me, it’s the cornerstone for all other values. When we achieve great things together with our customers, we can be proud of what we have achieved. Satisfied customers also enable long-term and (hopefully) economically fruitful cooperation. To achieve real satisfaction, an environment is required in which all other values are nurtured and established.

How do you live by these values?

Primarily through regular communication among all project participants. In addition to status meetings, I speak regularly with everyone and try to listen carefully. To ensure satisfaction, you have to know what you want and know what the other person wants. Sometimes, we help each other to figure that out. For me, a trusting relationship beyond roles and hierarchies is a cornerstone of this.

Can you give us specific examples of how these values show up in your day-to-day work?

You bet! We receive good feedback directly from customers, get rehired, and maintain long-term customer relationships. We are also recommended in sales.
