JiwaMed – the new customised solution for medical technology management

Since May 2020, the IT services company Arineo, based in Germany, and Annata, headquartered in Iceland, have been linked by a strategic sales and implementation partnership. Both companies are active in the field of Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions. Annata’s focus is on the development of solutions for the automotive, machinery and equipment industries, business platforms for digitalization and automation. As an IT service provider, Arineo complements this know-how with comprehensive project and consulting expertise in the areas of rental, fleet, service and dealer management systems.

This successful partnership has recently been enhanced by the business management solution JiwaMed, which thus extends the existing reselling portfolio of Arineo’s Annata 365 product range for the German-speaking region. Annata’s new agile solution, JiwaMed, is based on Dynamics 365 and Azure and simplifies and optimises the management of medical devices. Companies such as medical device manufacturers, importers, distributors or healthcare providers can, thus, improve the results and efficiency of devices along the value chain with the help of artificial intelligence. This includes, for example, configuration management, warranty claims, spare parts and service.
