ver 100 clients – congratulations! What does this milestone mean?
Harald Tingelhoff: EFor us as a Power Platform service provider, it is above all a very, very strong vote of confidence. More than 100 clients clearly show that our approach of “democratizing IT, democratizing application development” combined with transparent IT governance works in many different ways.
We almost always start with an inspiring envisioning workshop. Here, we analyze processes, identify initial starting points, and develop a proof of concept (PoC) within a few days – or even a minimum viable product (MVP) within a few weeks. Most clients are positively surprised by how much value can be created in such a short space of time. We then scale in a structured manner, paying particular attention to governance, enablement, and reusability.
Our clients appreciate the reduction in manual, repetitive, and “mindless” work, the higher data quality, and faster throughput times. And not just with a flagship project, but thanks to citizen developers – as Microsoft calls employees with extensive process expertise but little knowledge of IT development – sustainably across the entire organization.
Thanks to our experience from many projects, we now have an extensive template library ranging from approval workflows and form apps to templates for data loss prevention (DLP), environment strategies, and ALM pipelines. Our long-standing and, of course, new clients greatly value this enormous wealth of experience.
In which industries do you use the Power Platform?
Harald Tingelhoff: DThe platform is industry-agnostic – that’s precisely its strength. Our clients come from a wide range of industries, including plant engineering, the food industry, and transportation and logistics. However, the patterns are often similar: in manufacturing, the focus is frequently on maintenance, inspections, and shopfloor transparency. In regulated industries, the focus is on compliance – including roles/permission models and logging. In retail, store processes, inventory management, and quality assurance dominate. In admin, much revolves around digital applications and approvals. We translate these patterns into reusable templates and adapt them to each client company. This way, every client receives a customized solution that is 100% tailored to their business. Here is an overview of selected Power Platform projects.

What sets Arineo apart from other Power Platform service providers?
Harald Tingelhoff: If I see the market correctly, three things stand out.
- Firstly, we have very stable, interdisciplinary teams with fixed contact persons. We support not only the first app, but the entire process from vision and implementation to coaching, rollout, and scaling. There are no gaps.
- Secondly, enablement. We pass on our knowledge to client teams, set up the Center of Excellence according to best practices, define DLP policies, roles, solution layering, and CI/CD, and train both citizen developers and development experts. Our goal is always “helping people to help themselves.” We want to share knowledge so that our clients’ citizen developers can work with the Power Platform as independently as possible.
- Thirdly, standards instead of bespoke solutions. We provide ready-made templates and best practices – for example, templates for approval processes, app starter kits, a design system for UI/UX, and checklists for quality and security. This speeds up development, reduces risks, and lowers operating costs.
How does the Power Platform team work?
Harald Tingelhoff: Our Power Platform team works in small, stable squads with clear responsibilities. Pairing, code reviews using rubber-duck debugging, monthly tech sessions, and weekly communities of practice are well-established standards for us. An open working atmosphere is important to us: appreciative, collegial, as equals. With us, people learn to take responsibility and be creative. Our clients also benefit directly from this.
Where is the journey heading?
Harald Tingelhoff: We see three major fields. Firstly, of course, AI. We have been working with artificial intelligence since Arineo was founded in 2019 – and not just since the ChatGPT hype. We now increasingly use Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry with agents to simplify day-to-day work in a wide variety of our clients’ departments.
Secondly, process mining. Before we automate, we take a close look with process mining: where are the bottlenecks, where does automation provide the greatest leverage? Where is the ROI highest?
And last but not least, governance, security, and compliance are crucial foundations for controlled growth. To this end, we rely on the Center of Excellence (CoE) and strategic scaling.
“Our goal remains the same as with our more than 100 existing clients with whom we have already successfully worked. We want to bring digital transformation to every department and every industry and thereby create rapid, tangible relief – reliably and easily scalable.”
