Arineo GmbH is represented for the first time in the Lünendonk® List “Leading Medium-Sized IT Consulting and System Integration Companies in Germany.” The list is part of the annually published Lünendonk study “The Market for IT Services in Germany” and provides an overview of relevant medium-sized IT service providers in Germany. In addition to revenue figures, it also includes current employee numbers.
The inclusion is based on clearly defined criteria: companies that generate more than 60 percent of their revenues with management and IT consulting, software development and implementation, as well as system integration are considered. They must also have their headquarters or the majority of their share capital in Germany and generate a total revenue of up to 500 million euros. Companies that are part of a group must generate at least 75 percent of their revenue in the external market. The results of a survey of more than 100 IT service providers and over 200 IT managers were incorporated into the 2026 Lünendonk study.
For Arineo, the first listing is an important signal: it makes clear that the company is becoming increasingly established in the market and that its services around Microsoft and SAP technologies are gaining recognition.
“The first inclusion in the Lünendonk® List is a special milestone for us. It shows that our market development is being noticed. At the same time, it is confirmation of our teams’ work, who reliably support our customer companies in their digitalization projects even in a challenging environment.”
Dr. Marko Weinrich, Chairman of the Executive Board
The listing follows a strong 2025 financial year: with a turnover of 56.2 million euros, Arineo achieved the best result in the company’s history. The EBITDA margin was 9.6 percent. Despite a restrained market situation, the company grew by 5.67 percent compared to the previous year and is now, according to the Lünendonk® List, the largest IT service provider in Southern Lower Saxony. In addition, Arineo was admitted to the Inner Circle for Microsoft AI Business Solutions for the third time during the 2025/26 financial year.
Structurally, Arineo also relies on long-term stability. As an employee-owned foundation company, it does not base its decisions on short-term return expectations but on sustainable value creation. The first Lünendonk® List is therefore not only confirmation of the path taken so far, but also an incentive to continue this course together.
