The new training year at Arineo kicked off at the beginning of August. Seven trainees have started their training as IT specialists for application development at our Göttingen office. As part of their training, they learn to build IT landscapes, program applications and cooperate successfully in a team.
Training as an IT specialist for application development focuses on two different areas: in the SAP Customer Experience area, trainees learn how to program and support online stores based on SAP technology. In the Microsoft Dynamics area, they become experts for ERP systems based on Microsoft technology. ERP stands for Enterprise Resource Planning. An ERP system represents many processes, such as purchasing, warehouse management and the sale of articles.
Upon completing their training, the graduates are optimally trained to take up a junior position in an IT company or the IT department of a medium-sized manufacturing company.
“We rely on our training for our junior IT staff,” explains Eileen Zimbal, HR developer at Arineo. “For us, qualitative growth is important. Therefore, we also generally train for our own needs and are pleased when we have trained valuable skilled workers as reinforcement for the Arineo team after at most only three years of training.”
