After your training, you will be able to analyze important processes and data in business operations and production management. This will enable you to advise our customers on data-based solutions for digital production and business processes.
IT specialists for data and process analysis deal with analyzing customers’ existing business processes, among other things. They use various tools to visualize how purchasing, production, sales, warehouse management, or accounting processes are structured. This often involves interviewing the specialist departments and reviewing existing process documentation. Based on the process analysis and available data, they develop solutions to automate processes, for example, using ERP systems. For example, this can include automatic inventory monitoring and reordering, electronic invoice processing, or automated production planning.

Berater:innen im Bereich der Daten- und Prozessanalyse spielen eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Identifizierung, Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen und der Nutzung von Daten innerhalb eines Unternehmens. Zu den wichtigsten Grundlagen gehören die Bereiche Datenanalyse, Datenbanken und SQL sowie Prozessanalyse und -optimierung:
1. Datenanalyse-Grundlagen: Hier geht es um das Verstehen von Datenmodellen, also wie Daten strukturiert, gespeichert und abgerufen werden. Vermittelt werden Grundkenntnisse in Statistik, Datenvisualisierung und Analysetechniken. Du lernst, Datenmuster zu erkennen und Entscheidungen auf Basis der Datenanalyse zu treffen.
2. Datenbanken und SQL sind zentrale Elemente für jeden Datenanalysten, da die meisten Daten in Datenbanken gespeichert werden: Vermittelt werden Kenntnisse in der Verwendung relationaler Datenbanken und der Nutzung von SQL für die Datenabfrage, -manipulation und -verwaltung.
3. Prozessanalyse und -optimierung: Die Prozessoptimierung ist entscheidend, um die Effizienz zu steigern und die Kosten zu senken: Vermittelt werden Grundlagen der Prozessmodellierung und Prozessverbesserungsmethoden. Das heißt, du lernst, wie Geschäftsprozesse analysiert, Engpässe identifiziert und Verbesserungsvorschläge entwickelt werden.
Bei Arineo unterstützen Berater:innen die Kunden bei der Optimierung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse und der Nutzung von Daten, um effizienter und wettbewerbsfähiger zu werden. Die Aufgaben umfassen eine Vielzahl von Aktivitäten, die darauf abzielen, datengetriebene Entscheidungsfindung und Prozessverbesserung zu fördern.
Den Schwerpunkt deiner Ausbildung legen wir auf die Kundenberatung. Dazu wirst du Teil unseres Beratungsteams, das unsere Kunden bei der Einrichtung und Nutzung von ERP-Systemen für ihre Geschäftsprozesse unterstützt. Auf Basis der Grundlagen übernimmst du nach und nach Aufgaben wie die Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen, die Erstellung von Konzepten oder die Durchführung von Schulungen.
Deine Soft Skills, also deine persönlichen Kompetenzen, sind mindestens genauso wichtig wie deine fachliche Ausbildung. Zu den Soft Skills gehören Fähigkeiten wie kritisches Mitdenken, eine konstruktive Meinungsäußerung, Flexibilität, Resilienz oder Toleranz.
Als Berater:in brauchst du zudem sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, da du häufig in Kundenkontakt stehst. In Gesprächen und Interviews geht es beispielsweise darum, Anforderungen oder Abläufe genau zu verstehen und die Kunden zur Optimierung der Prozesse in ihrem Unternehmen zu beraten.
Our company’s training program focuses on working as a consultant for our customers in the Microsoft Dynamics environment. The training is structured so that you start by learning the basics of IT together with the application development trainees. You will then apply your knowledge in small projects at first, and by the second year, you will already be in contact with customers and working on tasks.
Great! For a future role as a consultant, while a combination of technical understanding and analytical skills is important, your communication strength is crucial when advising our customers.
If you also like math, that’s great because mathematical understanding and the enjoyment of working with numbers are good prerequisites for an apprenticeship in IT with a focus on data and process analysis. But don’t worry; math mainly comes into play in vocational school.

For travel to the vocational school, you have the choice between a travel allowance and a Deutschland-ticket.
In the first year of training, you usually attend school two days a week. In the following years, then usually only one day per week.
