Support for diverse charity projects
The donations go to organizations with very different focuses. These include the Solidarity in Unemployment and Poverty Foundation, Weisse Ring, the German Child Protection Association, Parents’ Aid for Children with Cancer, Munich Tafel (food bank), and the German Children’s Hospice Association.
Arineo Employees in Austria, Denmark, and Bulgaria have also selected organizations to receive a donation. Supported organizations include, for example, the Austrian Red Cross, BROEN Danmark, and the Broadway Club at the American University of Bulgaria.
Four examples of the supported organizations
Trostteddy e.V.
Trostteddy e.V. supports children in difficult life situations. Volunteers produce teddies that are distributed to children free of charge through hospitals, rescue services, and social institutions. They are used, for example, after accidents, during illnesses, in mourning situations, or other stressful moments, and are intended to give children comfort and security.
The Wishmobile
The ASB Wishmobile fulfills the last heart’s desire of seriously ill people. Examples include visits to the sea, meetings with relatives, or a trip to a place of particular personal significance. Specially equipped vehicles and trained volunteer helpers enable medically accompanied travel.
Retla e.V.
Retla e.V. is committed to older people, especially in combating loneliness in old age. Through various projects and events, the association creates opportunities to meet people, participate socially, and exchange between generations.
BROEN Denmark
BROEN Danmark enables children and young people from families with limited financial resources to participate in sports and leisure activities. The organization provides support for membership fees, equipment, and other costs. This allows children and young people to join a sports club or other recreational groups or use music offerings.
The employees decide
Employees at the respective Arineo offices decide which organizations receive a donation. This enables employees to select facilities and initiatives whose work they want to support and to which there is a personal or regional connection.
The donations are part of Arineo’s employee referral program. For each successful referral, Arineo provides a fixed amount. This is not paid out to employees as a referral bonus but flows into a common pot. Part of this is used for donations to charitable organizations. In 2026, this raised €34,000 for charitable purposes.
