Arineo awarded the “Top Job Training Company” employer seal

In March, the Göttingen-based IT service provider was awarded the "Top Job" employer seal by former Vice Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel. Now, Arineo GmbH also receives the award "Top Job Training Company" for its outstanding training qualities.

For the “Top Job Training Company” award, the company’s nine trainees were anonymously surveyed about their training by zeag GmbH – Center for Employer Attractiveness. In addition to an appropriate salary, the company’s trainees also attested to good prospects and an attractive working environment.

Arineo GmbH trains IT specialists for application development with a focus on SAP Customer Experience or Microsoft Dynamics. In the SAP Customer Experience area, trainees learn how to program and support online stores based on SAP technology. In the Microsoft Dynamics area, they become experts for ERP systems based on Microsoft technology. Long-term teamwork, a constructive feedback culture, and independent organization of work are equally important components of the training.

Another plus point: Arineo GmbH trains for its own needs. Once the training is completed, trainees can join the company as junior developers. “What I particularly appreciate about my apprenticeship is that I can talk to all the employees as an equal and I feel I am in good hands at all times,” says Samier Alali, a second-year apprentice at Arineo GmbH, and continues: “I can well imagine joining Arineo as a junior developer after my training.”

“We are pleased with the positive feedback from our youngest employees,” explains Eileen Zimbal, responsible for training at Arineo GmbH, adding, “We see training not only as a proven tool in the fight against the shortage of skilled workers, but also as a part of our social contract. We want to offer young people a perspective and an environment in which they can develop and implement their ideas and thoughts.” Only ten companies have received the “Top Job Training Company”, those with the best results in the training survey.

The “Top Job” company comparison

Since 2002, medium-sized companies have been working on their qualities as employers with “Top Job”. The project also includes a seal with which the best employers make their qualities visible. The organization is the responsibility of zeag GmbH – Center for Employer Attractiveness, based in Constance on Lake Constance. The scientific management of the benchmarking is in the hands of Professor Heike Bruch and her team from the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management at the University of St. Gallen. The project’s patron is former Vice Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel.
