Service and project times in one Power App

The Power Platform offers the possibility to digitize, automate, and integrate workflows. All possibilities are derived from the Arineo Universal Time Entry App: 

  • Digitization of time recording for services and projects
  • Automation of time recording using a stopwatch and/or approval workflow
  • Integration of the Power App with D365 Customer Service and D365 Finance and Operations (F&O). 

As a service employee, you book your times to customer tickets. These times must then be submitted to D365 Finance and Operations for billing using the ticket ID in D365 Customer Service. Both are replaced by the Arineo Universal Time Entry App.
